Wholesale accounts will only be available for 2 types of account holders that will have discounted rates applied:

  1. Storefront our products through an established: Brick & Mortar storefront Retail location, Gift boutique, One-of-a-kind show, and Independent retail website.
  2. Gift Giving our products to their consumers: Interior designers, Kitchen cabinet manufacturers, Real-Estate companies, Homebuilders or Renovation contractors, and so on…

Canadian, United States American, or United Kingdom accounts customers must provide a copy of your Business license/ Re-seller or Exempt Sale Form before we will ship your first order. Your form can be faxed to 1-519-821-8819 or emailed to


We wanted to keep this as simple as possible, so the product(s) minimum order quantity amounts are set up on the website.

Viewable on the Ordering Form page, or on each Product page on the website.


We reserve the right to choose which product(s) are available for wholesale account purchases. Some SKUs available via our website may not be suitable for retail sales or gifts for giving due to packaging, quantity available, etc.


We require full payment before processing or shipping orders. Payments can be made through the checkout with only a credit card at this time (different payment options might be available in the future).

All prices are listed in CND dollars.

Wholesale account orders are only accepted through the website. If you are having trouble placing an order on the site, please send us a message at so we can fix the problem.


Shipment may ship out sooner but please allow up to 1-4 weeks for your order to be shipped. All orders will only be shipped out as complete (no partial orders will be shipped out) with tracking information will be emailed when shipped.

If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this before placing your order.

The deadline for placing wholesale orders relating to holidays like (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s) is 30 days prior to the date of the holiday. If your order is placed after the deadline we will not guarantee your order will be filled, at our discretion, on an as-available basis.

We try to have everything in inventory and extra inventory when the holiday appears. However, there may be unavoidable outages that cannot be resolved due to supply and demand during the time of the year.

All packages will be shipped only on our account via UPS (United Parcel Services) with tracking and insurance applied. 

Domestic & International Shipping costs will be shown in your shopping cart before checkout completion.

International shipments might be subject to Customs Brokerage fees due to your country’s policies.

Storefront Accounts:

If you own a brick & mortar storefront location or rent space in a gift boutique or mall, there is a limit of to two – five sellers per town or zip code.

Non-Storefront Accounts:

One-of-a-kind show, Consumer Show, or similar venue. We have no way to control or keep track of who is selling at traveling shows, so please understand that you may see Larry Roberti© or other sellers carrying some of our products at certain shows. PS. Please be nice to each other. 

Gift-Giving Accounts:

No one will have any exclusive right for gifting Larry Roberti© product items away as a gift for their Appreciation/Thank You to their customers.

The only warning we have is NO SELLING of Larry Roberti© products on Etsy, Amazon, or eBay.


Storefront & Non-Storefront accounts:

* Inactive accounts for a period of 3 months may lose their exclusivity rights.

Some exceptions may be made for sellers who are carrying our full product line.


We sometimes may have multiple applications come in for the same zip code.

You will have 30 days upon application approval to place your first order, or the territory may be given to the next person in line for that territory area.


If you need to cancel or change your orders it must be emailed to within 24 hours. We can’t make any changes to your order once it’s in transit with the carrier.

We suggest the same retail cost that we use on the website, but it’s not required. The only warning we have is NO SELLING of Larry Roberti© products on Etsy, Amazon, or eBay.

Selling on independent websites, or your business Facebook page is fine (NO Buy-In groups), just let us know your site URL when you register so we don’t mistake you for someone else. All other platforms such as brick & mortar retail shops, gift shops, vintage markets, boutiques, Facebook groups or business pages, etc. are allowed.

* Please do not remove any literature inside and/or packaging of Larry Roberti© branding from any products.


Unless otherwise indicated, Coupon / Discount codes will not be honored for wholesale accounts.


Larry Roberti products are individually handmade. There may be slight differences in color due to the nature of the wood; the buyer accepts this when the order is placed. It will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued.


Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If you find anything wrong, please email with your order/invoice number and photo(s) within 3 days of receipt of the order so we can fix it the issues.

Damaged / Defects merchandise will be replaced when available in stock.

Any type of shipping damage to the merchandise will be the shipping carrier’s company’s responsibility and not Larry Roberti© responsibility. (call the courier company and file a claim regarding the damage(s)).

** Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days from the receipt date.


Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged after 15 days of the delivery date.

We only accept returns in the case of damage / defective or incorrect merchandise as noted in the DAMAGES / DEFECTS section above.


We do not offer private label products at this time but may be able to provide some products without packaging if quantities justify and sufficient lead-time is allowed.


We reserve the right to terminate wholesale account privileges at any time, with or without cause.


Please ask permission first, if you want to use any of our product images for marketing material.


All designs on this website are the intellectual property of Larry Roberti© and are subject to all copyright laws. You may not have these designs reproduced for any reason without express permission. Under 17 U.S.C. 504, the consequences of copyright infringement include statutory damages of between $750 and $30,000 per work, at the discretion of the court, and damages of up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement.


Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number, and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of We do however reserve the right to list your store’s contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request.
